Job Responsibility- Ensuring inventory levels of stationary, pantry and other day to day supplies and services are satisfactorily maintained. Reordering if necessary.
Ensure that the Academy is running smoothly at all times.- Handle incoming phone calls, provide information, take messages and direct calls to the relevant staff members.
- Education and Skills Required
Graduate- Strong communication and people skills
Knowledge of office management and basic book-keeping
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (especially Excel and Word)
Working knowledge of Regional/Local Language, English & Hindi.
Minimum of one year's experience in a similar position.- prior exp with school will help
