Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors, patients, and staff with a positive and friendly attitude.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients with doctors, ensuring an organized and efficient booking process.
Manage patient billing processes, including preparing invoices, handling payments, and resolving billing inquiries.
Provide information to patients regarding hospital services, doctor availability, and appointment timings.
- Phone & Email Management:
Answer phone calls and respond to emails, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and courteously.
Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, documentation, and maintaining the reception area.
Liaise with doctors and other hospital staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in healthcare or administration are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or billing role (preferably in a healthcare or Ayurveda setting).
Proficiency in using billing software and appointment scheduling systems.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A warm, approachable personality with a customer-service orientation.
