Knowledge with PBAX system and call routing, calling softwares
- Basic computer knowledge, windows OS with excel and word understanding
Time management
Inbound process, outbound process, missed call handling, call back service- Cold calling, communicating new offers to customers
Reporting daily calls and conversations to office
- Hold, call back or email resolutions of the queries back to customers after coordinating solutions from support team
Ticket handling- Office events management and execution
Min experience of 1 year in the same field is good
