- Required Skills:
- Professionally administering all incoming calls. Ensuring phone calls are redirected accordingly. Taking and retrieving messages for various senior office personnel.
- Providing callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company phone and fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
- Greeting and directing visitors and guests of the company in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.
- Scheduling meetings and managing conference room calendars.
- Scheduling travel including flights, hotel, and rental cars.
- Receiving, sorting and forwarding incoming mail. Maintaining and routing publications.
- Coordinating the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, including drafting Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
- Typing memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Assisting with other related duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
- Maintaining Visitor Log
- Updating & maintaining employee phone & email list.
- Building Management contact.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
