Job Description


  • Professionally treat the visitor with decent communication
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Scanner and printers)
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
Qualification
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream
  • Good Communication skill in English and Hindi
  • Basic Computer Diploma with Practical Experience
  • 2 - 3 years Experience in Corporate Sector
  • Pay Scale - will be 2 to 2.5 Lac per Annum
