We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to various departments within the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments and conference room bookings as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
