- We are looking for a Receptionist responsible for greeting patients and visitors to our clinic.
- You will be responsible for giving clients directions to various parts of our clinic, contacting patients and visitors, answering calls, taking messages, and distributing mails.
- To be successful in this post, you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with competency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Earlier experience as a receptionist will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities of Receptionist:
- Attend patients and visitors with a positive, kind attitude.
- Helping patients in finding their way around the clinic.
- Serving with various administrative tasks, including faxing, taking notes, and making travel arrangements.
- Preparing conference and training rooms.
- Professionally answering calls and routing calls as necessary.
- Helping colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening calls.
- Sorting and sending emails.
- Hiring, managing, and developing the junior executive team.
- Provide superior customer care service.
Receptionist Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications, like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Able to participate positively as part of the organization.
- Helping out with various tasks as needed.
