- Roles & Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages when necessary, and providing accurate information to callers.
Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring adequate supplies are available.- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, coordinating calendars for multiple staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, sorting and distributing them appropriately.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning documents, and updating records.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.- Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging catering, preparing materials, and managing RSVPs.
Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies, coordinating repairs and replenishing inventory as needed.
- Uphold office policies and procedures, including security protocols and confidentiality guidelines, to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to support team projects and initiatives, demonstrating a willingness to assist where needed.- Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as requested.
