  • Job Description: We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all who interact with our company.
  • Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage the front desk by answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing appointments.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's brand and values.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Perform telecalling activities to engage potential clients, provide information about our projects, and generate leads.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and coordinating appointments.
Provide general information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
  • Maintain a visitor log and ensure the security of the reception area by following company protocols.
  • Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
  • 2+ Years of Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, visitors, and team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus but not required.
