Description

We are looking for a Receptionist with 0-1 years of experience to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist's duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Handle patient registration, direct them to the appropriate departments, and provide necessary information.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Tele calling and Communication:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly, redirect calls to appropriate departments or individuals, and handle general inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or feedback collection.
  • Provide accurate information about hospital services, visiting hours, and procedures.

Patient Records and Data Management:

  • Ensure that patient information is accurately recorded and updated in the system.
  • Assist in maintaining patient files, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Protect patient confidentiality and comply with relevant healthcare regulations

Billing and Payments:

  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide information about payment methods.
  • Handle payment processing and issue receipts when necessary.
  • To maintain miscellaneous cash /check payments &to record with updating financial information.
  • To record and collect patient charges / fees

Skills and Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

12th Class (XII), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
