Role And Responsibilities
Welcoming, assisting and directing handlers and owners appropriately. Ensuring that clients are not made to wait for more than 10 minutes at the reception.
Answering all phone calls and encouraging callers to schedule an appointment.
All consultations are classified as either complete, or on-going, in the case of the later must ensure that a follow up appointment has been booked with the appropriate vet.
Looking at the types of appointment and scheduling the time slot accordingly.
Ensuring that doctors receive the relevant messages.
Maintaining a missed call log and follow up on next appointments.
Maintaining a call history of all calls received.
Placing of confirmation calls to the clients one day prior to the appointment date.
Maintaining bills, cash handling, Pharmacy, taking and making calls, booking appointments
Prefer candidates from Medical background, Hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic Centers, Laboratories and NGO's
Minimum 5-12 Years Experience
Job Location: Aundh
Shift: 9am-6pm/12pm-9pm
Any one rotational off between Monday -Friday, Weekends would be working
