Receptionist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and handling all incoming calls, visitors and mail in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, tidy and presentable at all times
• Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Fluent in English and Hindi
