JD of Tellecaller/Sales- Roles and Responsibilities:-
Learning about each product/service in detail and staying updated on any changes.
Collecting and keeping contact information up to date.
Calling both current and potential clients to encourage them to make purchases.
Addressing any concerns, complaints, or suggestions from clients promptly.
Taking detailed notes during each conversation.
Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team for finalizing deals.
Documenting all attempts, whether successful or unsuccessful, to close sales.
Participating in regular team meetings to discuss progress and performance expectations.
Performing all duties with respect, regardless of others attitudes.
High school diploma or equivalent education.
No prior experience required, but training in sales is a plus.
Basic computer skills.
Exposure to different perspectives, cultures, and experiences.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Adaptability in changing communication styles.
Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to handle feedback without taking it personally.
Timings:- 10AM - 7PM
Working Days :- 6 days Working
