Job Overview

We are hiring a Female Receptionist to join our team at ABHIMANYA DOORS. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will be a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
• Provide administrative support to various departments
• Assist with general office tasks and projects
• Ensure all visitors sign in and issue visitor badges
