Job Overview

As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years).

Qualifications and Skills

  • 0.6 to 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings
  • Handle and distribute mail and packages
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures
