Description

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in receptionist or customer service roles, with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English and Hindi
