- Position Overview: Konverto is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist with strong customer service skills to join our team. This role is integral to our operations, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also managing social media and other lead qualification processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, providing outstanding service, and supporting administrative tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with a positive attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and team members.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Customer Service:- Provide information about Konverto's products, services, and design processes.
Assist clients with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional manner.- Maintain and update client records while ensuring confidentiality.
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs.
Monitor and respond to leads from social media platforms, website inquiries, and other sources.- Qualify leads by engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages.
Collect and record lead information accurately in our CRM system.
- Assist in nurturing leads by providing initial information and scheduling consultations as needed.
Track and report on lead conversion metrics and follow-up activities.Administrative Support:
Prepare and manage documents, including invoices, contracts, and reports.
- Assist with project coordination and scheduling as needed.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and office management duties.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is a plus.- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within the interior design or related industry.
Experience with social media management and lead qualification is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
