Receptionist Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while providing information or taking messages as required.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Appointment and Scheduling Management:
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences for staff and executives.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth meeting arrangements.
- Manage and update office calendar and booking systems.
Customer Service:
- Provide information to customers and visitors about company services, products, and policies.
Address and resolve customers or visitor inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Responsibilities:
Office Administration:- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.- Assist in maintaining and updating company databases and records.
Support to Management:- Provide administrative support to executives and managers, including preparing reports, handling travel arrangements, and organizing events.
Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed.Communication and Coordination:
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words/Excel).- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
