The Receptionist plays a critical role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to the organization. They are responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing the front desk, and performing various administrative tasks
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information and transferring calls as needed.
Manage the front desk, ensuring a neat and organized workspace.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare meeting materials.
Maintain visitor logs and security records.
Provide general administrative support to the team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Assist with data entry and record keeping.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude.
Degree or diploma.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
