Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Deliver a polished and welcoming reception experience, efficiently handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring our office is well-stocked, organized, and running smoothly.
  • Office Asset Management: Manage and track office assets, optimizing their use and ensuring they meet our team's needs.
  • Courier Management: Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers, keeping detailed records of all shipments.
  • Travel and Accommodation Coordination: Assist in managing travel arrangements, including ticket and hotel bookings, making sure team travel is seamless.
  • Petty Cash Management: Handle petty cash with accuracy, ensuring transactions are reconciled promptly.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and overseeing service levels to ensure they meet our high standards.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for making people feel welcome and valued.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in service industry roles, particularly those that are client-facing, would be highly valued.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and is adept at solving problems creatively.
  • Team player who can also work independently when required.
