Tekno Electro Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Rohini, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to call leads, introduce our products and services, and generate interest.

• Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.

• Explain the products and services offered by the company in a clear and engaging manner.

Build rapport with potential customers and address their inquiries.

• Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with leads.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.

• Follow up with potential customers to increase conversion rates.

Provide feedback and suggestions to the team to improve lead generation strategies.

• Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Ability to handle rejection and remain positive throughout.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service will be a plus.
