Job Summary:
We are looking for a personable and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide information to clients and colleagues. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors: Ensure a friendly and professional reception experience for guests, directing them as appropriate.
- Answer and route phone calls: Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries, transferring them to relevant staff as needed.
- Manage scheduling and appointments: Coordinate with staff to manage calendars and schedule meetings.
- Handle mail and deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and presentable for guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks: Support various departments with clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage office supplies: Monitor and order office supplies as necessary to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, fax machines).
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
