Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Rebate Processing:
o Accurately calculate and process customer rebates based on off-invoice agreements.
o Utilize Excel and data warehouse queries to extract and analyze relevant sales data.
o Maintain detailed records of rebate calculations and payments.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and rebate program guidelines.
2. Sales Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with sales teams to understand off-invoice rebate structures and customer performance.
o Provide support to sales teams in interpreting rebate agreements and resolving customer inquiries.
o Collaborate with sales to track customer progress towards volume growth targets.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Analyze rebate program performance and identify trends.
o Prepare regular reports on rebate activity, including accruals, payments, and program effectiveness.
o Contribute to the development and improvement of rebate processes and systems.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
o Maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of 600 customers.
o Respond to customer inquiries regarding rebate calculations and payments.
o Proactively identify and resolve any rebate-related issues.
Skills Required:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
