• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support
• Oversee property listings, negotiations, and closing processes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations
• Coordinate and conduct team meetings, sales presentations, and client events
