Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist at TLD Group in New Delhi. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for tasks including real estate development, sales, customer service, and managing the real estate. The role will also involve negotiating lease agreements, conducting market research, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in real estate sector
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in real estate development and sales
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
