Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for real estate development, sales, customer service, and handling real property related tasks. The role involves day-to-day interaction with clients, conducting real estate market research, property inspections, and negotiating transactions.
Qualifications
- Real Estate Knowledge, Real Estate Development, and Sales skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of real property regulations and laws
- Experience in property inspections and evaluating property values
- Proven track record in closing real estate deals
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
