As a Sourcing Manager you will be responsible for handling the company's end to end sourcing operations and CP's meeting in day to day task.
Responsible for increasing Direct & Indirect Sales.
- Sourcing clients with home-buying requirements
Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to on-board them through calls or through physical meetings.- Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs.
Take update from CPs on products and offerings.
- Addressing any queries, and doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
Explore new avenues of CPs and broaden market.- Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance.
Train CP on product details.
- Capture weekend walk-in data.
Ensure to achieve allocated business targets within stipulated time frame.
Candidates from the Real Estate (Residential, Commercial) industry will be preferred with a minimum 3+ years of experience.- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
