As a Senior Sales Executive in our real estate division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in real estate sales and strong negotiation skills.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate market.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Conduct property viewings and present properties to potential buyers.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including property types, financing options, and legal regulations.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to offer excellent customer service.
