Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced salesperson to join our real estate team. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing real estate transactions. Your primary focus will be on selling residential properties, but you may also handle commercial properties depending on the company's portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Conduct property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of available listings to potential buyers or tenants.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized property recommendations.

Assist clients in navigating the buying or renting process, including negotiating offers, preparing contracts, and coordinating inspections and appraisals.

Stay up-to-date with the local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with other team members, such as brokers, property managers, and marketing professionals, to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction.

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, property listings, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate salesperson, with a successful track record in closing deals.

Valid real estate license or certification as required by the local regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends, property values, and neighborhoods.

Tech- savvy and proficiency in using CRM systems, online listing platforms, and other digital tools.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail, especially in contracts and paperwork.

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and handle rejection in a positive manner.

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
