Job Description

Telecalling & Lead Engagement: Initiate and engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients over the phone. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of available properties to generate interest and qualify leads.
Property Inventory Hunting: Actively search for property inventories offline, coordinate with property owners, and compile a detailed list of properties. Ensure these properties are effectively posted on various forums and platforms.Site Visit Coordination: Convert telephonic discussions into site visits by persuading clients to explore property options firsthand. Coordinate and manage these visits to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Sales Conversion: Focus on converting site visits into sales. Utilize strong follow-up techniques to keep clients engaged and guide them through the decision-making process.
Market Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of the Pune real estate market to provide tailored advice, ensuring clients receive the best possible property recommendations based on their needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients through regular updates, personalized communication, and attentive service.Follow-Up & Closure: Conduct diligent follow-ups with clients post-site visits, addressing their queries and concerns to facilitate a smooth sales closure.

  • Desired Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate with a strong academic background.
  • Experience: Proven experience in real estate telecalling with a focus on sales conversions. Familiarity with Pune's real estate market is essential.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade clients and guide them through the property buying process.
Independence: Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and ensuring consistent follow-ups.Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales management tools.

  • Skills Required:
Strong sales orientation and telecalling skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex property details.
In-depth knowledge of the Pune real estate market.
  • Exceptional follow-up capabilities.
