Job Overview
We are hiring a Real Estate Salesperson to join our team at ABD Group. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling properties and assisting clients in their real estate needs. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with local real estate laws and regulations
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Cold calling and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs
- Show properties to prospective buyers and provide accurate information about the features, amenities, and pricing
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals with buyers and sellers
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and appraisals
- Maintain a database of clients and follow up on leads and inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
- Stay updated on the real estate market trends and prices
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for property promotion
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
