Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The Real Estate Sales Executive would be responsible for facilitating the marketing and sales of real estate properties on behalf of the company. This role involves traveling to properties, conducting market research, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The employee will be located in Dehradun.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in real estate sales and marketing
Extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with real estate software and platforms.
Skills: communication, convincing skills, Ability to do a consultative sell, developing the strategic plan to grow digital sales amongst existing clients.
