Conduct property showings and open houses.
Negotiate deals and draft contracts to close sales successfully.

Qualifications
Fresher or Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
Mandatory-Bike required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with local real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
