Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales service.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and consumer preferences.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the real estate market trends and industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Monitor sales performance, evaluate results, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Implement effective sales and customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize sales operations and customer support.
  • Stay updated with competitor activities and market trends to devise competitive sales strategies.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Participate in real estate events, networking activities, and industry conferences to enhance business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a real estate sales manager or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Thorough understanding of property pricing, financing options, and sales contracts.
  • Certification in real estate sales or management is a plus.
  • Availability to travel and attend industry events as required.
  • Valid real estate agent license or broker's license is preferred.
