Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Manager at BESPOKE REALTY in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day real estate sales activities, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of projects in western suburbs from Andheri to Mira road
- Strong relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
- Proven experience of effective follow up with clients and closing deals successfully.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of various lead generation and marketing activites
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends in Mumbai
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
