Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and market trends
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Show properties to potential buyers and assist them in making informed decisions
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring favorable terms and pricing for both the buyer and seller
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire sales process

- Attend property viewings, inspections, and appraisals
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices
- Build and maintain a network of professional connections within the real estate industry

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Real Estate Sales License
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and property values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
