Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong understanding of the market, and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  2. Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about properties.
  3. Guide clients through the negotiation process, helping them to secure the best possible deals.

  • Market Knowledge:
  1. Stay updated on current market trends, property values, and developments in the real estate sector.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for clients.
  3. Provide clients with comprehensive market analyses and insights.

  • Sales Activities:
  1. Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Manage and update property listings to ensure accuracy and attractiveness.
  3. Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate terms and conditions.

  • Documentation and Compliance:
  1. Assist clients with the preparation and submission of necessary documents.
  2. Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  3. Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications.

  • Customer Service:
  1. Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their concerns and queries promptly.
  2. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
  3. Handle any issues or disputes that arise during the transaction process.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience as a Real Estate Salesperson or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using real estate software and MS Office Suite.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Basic level of English
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Bilingual abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
