Real Estate Channel partner company is seeking for Freshers/ experienced Real Estate Sales Executive/Mangers to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting potential clients with the pre-sales process, including providing information about properties, guiding clients through site visits, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Sales Manager /Executive must have good interpersonal skills to deal with clients with different range of background, Ability to work independently. Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills & Go Get it attitude. Open to learn, acquire knowledge on Real estate market so that they can provide their clients with the information they need to make decisions. Employee to have strong sales skills to enable them to present an influential picture of a property in person and on paper and MS office familiarity.

Role definition:
Manager/executive takes care of complete Sales transaction from telecalling, site visit, presentation of project, Handling client query negotiation & closer.
Responsibility :
Accompany with clients for property visits.
Act as a Bridge between client and the developer.
Regular follow ups
Co-ordinate with the client & developer for booking
Connecting clients with the financial advisers for Housing loan.
Career Development plan
Develop Managerial skills to handle a team of 4 and generate sales from Team to grow into a Sales Manager Role.
