Job Description Real Estate Sales Executive We are looking for qualified real estate sales executives who will be responsible for selling property for the business. The ideal candidate will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices. Roles & Responsibilities Generating client leads to sell a property. Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties. Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc. Showing properties to potential buyers. Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers. Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met. Closing business deals with respective buyers. Essential Requirements Must have at least 1 year of experience in the relevant field. Must be good with negotiations. Strong interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of the local properties & surrounding localities. Having a two wheeler is an added advantage.
