The Dubai Sales Team is dedicated to linking clients with exclusive Dubai real estate through a series of Property Expos held in various cities.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Training: Develop a thorough understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including major projects, developers, and current trends.
- Client Outreach: Contact potential clients by phone to invite them to Dubai Property Expos.
- Expo Support: Assist clients at property expos by introducing them to developers and detailing investment opportunities in Dubai.
- Project Presentation: Provide in-depth information about various Dubai real estate projects, helping clients make well-informed investment decisions.
- Sales Closure: Facilitate and finalize property deals.
- Follow-up: After the expo, follow up with clients to address any questions and continue discussions about potential investments.
- Lead Management: Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback from expos, and follow-up activities.
Qualifications:
- Open to Graduates and Post Graduates.
- Suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client and team relationships.
- Ability to confidently present and explain real estate projects to clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Proven track record in managing client interactions, addressing their needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process.
