Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive Real Estate Division

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expertise: Acquire deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, focusing on key projects and renowned developers.
  • Client Outreach: Engage with prospective clients over the phone, inviting them to our exclusive Dubai Property Expos.
  • Expo Support: Assist clients during expos by connecting them with developers and highlighting top investment opportunities.
  • Project Presentations: Present detailed insights into Dubai's real estate projects, enabling clients to make well-informed investment choices.
  • Sales Execution: Convert leads into successful property transactions, driving sales.
  • Client Follow-up: Maintain strong post-expo client relationships, addressing their queries and identifying further investment possibilities.
  • Lead Management: Record and manage client interactions and feedback to ensure effective lead handling.

Qualifications:

  • Open to graduates and postgraduates.
  • Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients and work collaboratively within the team.
  • Confidence in delivering real estate presentations, both in person and over the phone.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to guide clients confidently through the decision-making process.
