• Job Role: Telecaller for Domestic Voice Process

• Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote real estate properties.

Provide information about properties, answer questions, and address customer inquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and offer solutions accordingly.

Lead Generation:

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.

Maintain a database of potential customers and update it regularly.

• Schedule appointments for site visits and meetings with sales executives.

Follow-Up:

• Follow up with customers to ensure their queries are resolved and they are satisfied with the information provided.

Maintain regular contact with clients to build strong relationships and foster customer loyalty.

• Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing accurate and relevant information to potential customers.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and follow-up actions.

Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and lead conversion.

• Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a tele caller, preferably in the real estate industry.Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in Hindi and English.

• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle customer objections and queries effectively.

• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
