*Roles and Responsibilities*
End to end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
Generating and conducting the site visits interested clients to relavant properties
Managing the negotiations with buyer and ensuring the deal closures
Achieve the weekly and monthly site visit targets
*Skills*
Communication skills writen and verbal
Proficient in Tamil and English languages
Customer relationship management and sales and negotiations
*Educational Qualification and Work Experience*
A graduate from Any Discipline is preferred
1 year of Experience in any sales industry
