Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and generating leads through various means such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.- Understanding clients needs and preferences to offer suitable properties.
Conducting property showings and tours for potential buyers.
- Listing properties for sale and ensuring they are marketed effectively.
Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.- Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to facilitate agreements that are mutually beneficial.
Drafting and presenting offers and counteroffers.
- Facilitating the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Staying informed about the real estate market trends, prices, and regulations.- Conducting comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
Maintaining client databases and files.
- Preparing and submitting documents such as contracts, agreements, and closing statements.
Following up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and solicit referrals.- Keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge, legal requirements, and professional best practices.
Participating in training programs and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
- Building and maintaining relationships with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, attorneys, lenders, and inspectors.

Ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements and fair housing laws.
