Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real Estate and Sales within the construction industry, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and generating leads through various means such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understanding clients needs and preferences to offer suitable properties.
Conducting property showings and tours for potential buyers.
  • Listing properties for sale and ensuring they are marketed effectively.
Advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to facilitate agreements that are mutually beneficial.
Drafting and presenting offers and counteroffers.
  • Facilitating the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Staying informed about the real estate market trends, prices, and regulations.
  • Conducting comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
Maintaining client databases and files.
  • Preparing and submitting documents such as contracts, agreements, and closing statements.
Following up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and solicit referrals.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge, legal requirements, and professional best practices.
Participating in training programs and workshops to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with other real estate professionals, such as brokers, attorneys, lenders, and inspectors.
Attending industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand professional network and knowledge.
  • Adhering to ethical standards and real estate regulations.
Ensuring all transactions comply with legal requirements and fair housing laws.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties.
* Utilizing online platforms, social media, and traditional marketing methods to attract buyers and sellers.
  • Managing finances related to transactions, including commission structures, expenses, and budgeting.
