As a Rental Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients in finding and securing rental properties that meet their needs and preferences.
Client Consultation: Conduct consultations with prospective tenants to understand their rental needs and preferences.
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property showings, providing detailed information about each listing.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on the local rental market, including pricing trends, neighborhood developments, and new listings.Listings Management:
Maintain and update rental property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing descriptions and photos.Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating lease terms and conditions with landlords.
- Documentation: Prepare and review rental agreements, ensuring all legal requirements and company policies are met.
Client Support:
Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the rental process, addressing any questions or concerns.Networking:
