Define quality, rough cost estimate and project time frame
Knowledgeable about all the Mechanical Systems in campus project such as HVAC, Fire Hydrant , Fire Sprinkler, Fire detection systems, Access control, Building Management Systems, water management systems, Rain water harvesting and PHE systems etc.
Define the Customer demands, the Customers/ SHS RE interfaces.
Define quality, rough cost estimate and project time frame.
Arrange / Attend design meeting with consultants, ensure Design Planning, site planning, in order to the scope agreed with the businesses as customer.
Drive sustainability topics of the project and ensure that set targets are achieved.
Ensure that all LEED applications/ documents are submitted as per the required timelines in co-ordination with the consultants.
Ensure all statutory approvals are applied and obtained various NOCs,
Evaluate tender documents received from the design consultant, for various packages, vendor evaluations along with SCM and award contracts.
Candidate shall be responsible for MOEF submissions required as per the guidelines.
Monitor construction execution time, cost, Quality and EHS compliance.
Ensure project handover and acceptance by the Customer/Location/Facility Management Team, Support for capitulation of asset, Ensure documentation and Project Closer
Post completion of major projects candidate may have to take responsibility of Location management - Operations and upkeep of the development center facility.
Education and Experience
Good knowledge of Mechanical Infrastructure required in the commercial/ factory buildings in green/brown field construction.
Experience in MNCs in similar portfolio, and handled the medium size projects.
Able to maintain strong relationship with all stakeholders
Knowledgeable of project execution , cost estimation, project tracking , EHS compliance , Statutory approval required etc.
Knowledge of vendor evaluation
Good team player
Qualified Mechanical Engineer
10-15 years experience in MNCs
Good communication skills
Candidate shall be flexible for relocate anywhere in India
