This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager at Rising Infra in Noida. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for property management, lease administration, leases, and commercial real estate activities. Daily tasks may include overseeing property operations, managing lease agreements, and analyzing real estate market trends to make informed decisions.

• Property Management and Lease Administration skills
• Knowledge of Leases and Real Estate operations
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Certifications in Property Management or Real Estate are a plus
