Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Manager at West Avenue Realty in Mumbai. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our real estate portfolio. This includes managing property leases, handling lease administration, and ensuring compliance with all real estate regulations.
- 1. Team Player: - Work collaboratively with a team of sales executives to achieve targets and exceed sales goals. - Foster a positive and supportive team environment where everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and work together towards common objectives.
- 2. Sales Strategy: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for sales expansion. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
- 3. Sourcing and Lead Generation: - Oversee the sourcing of potential leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and online platforms. - Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, developers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
- 4. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing.
- 5. Negotiation and Closing: - Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close sales transactions. - Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- 6. Performance Monitoring: - Monitor sales team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to improve individual and overall performance. - Track sales metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Requirements: - Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role. - Strong team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Mumbai, including current trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
