Job Title: Legal and Liaison Executive

Job Summary:
The Legal and Liaison Executive will be responsible for handling all legal and compliance matters related to land acquisition, development, and sales. The role involves liaising with government authorities, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal documentation, and providing legal support to various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Compliance:
- Ensure the company complies with all legal regulations and statutory requirements.
- Keep abreast of changes in land and property laws and regulations.
2. Documentation and Contracts:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to land acquisition, development, and sales.
- Manage property documentation, including title deeds, sale agreements, and lease agreements.
3. Liaison with Authorities:
- Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other external agencies for obtaining necessary approvals and clearances.
- Handle legal matters related to land disputes, encroachments, and other property-related issues.
4. Due Diligence:
- Conduct thorough due diligence for land acquisition, including title verification, land use permissions, and other legal clearances.
- Ensure all legal checks are completed before finalizing land deals.
5. Litigation Management:
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage litigation cases.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
6. Support to Internal Teams:
- Provide legal support to various departments, including sales, marketing, and finance.
- Advise on legal risks and mitigation strategies for ongoing and future projects.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; Masters degree (LLM) is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate law and liaison work.
- Strong understanding of property laws, land acquisition processes, and regulatory compliance in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in legal research and documentation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in handling legal matters related to open plot real estate development.
- Established network with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
