Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Commercial Leasing Executive. The role involves commercial leasing, lease negotiations, lease administration, market research, and handling leases. The position is located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• For Corporate Leasing Executive must have experience of 1 - 3 yrs in commercial leasing
• Freshers can Apply ( Applicants interested in doing fieldwork in the real estate industry )
• Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiation skills
• Lease Administration and familiarity with commercial Leases
• Market Research Abilities
• Experience in negotiating and drafting lease agreements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor's degree
• Previous experience in real estate- commercial leasing or residential leasing is a plus

Salary Package: 18000 to 30000 ( per month ) + incentives

• Candidates with experience in real estate - commercial leasing background are only eligible to apply.
